How It Works

Expectations

Each job will be labeled as first time clean, maintenance clean, deep clean, move in/move out clean, or custom. Each type of clean will be priced based on size of the home and the job itself. A list is available to access for each type of job so the expectations are clear for you as a cleaner! Each job will also have the price of what you will be paid so you are aware of your take home for each job. Our goal is that our cleaners are paid approximately $25-30/hour, but the rate per job is fixed. If there is a discrepancy in your take home for a specific job, we will discuss and reflect so your take home pay remains around $25-30/hour.

We will collect and handle all payment from clients and you will be paid directly from us!

Creating a culture of care, attention to spaces and details, and nurturing our clients’ spaces is our top priority. As a member of our cleaning network, we have company wide expectations that we ask you to review before you enter our clients’ homes, as you are a representative of Kindred Clean. We want both you and our clients to feel like you are a part of a great, family-like environment.

A main strength of our business set up is that you do not have to schedule or talk through details with our clients, you just get to show up, fulfill the cleaning checklist, and build relationships with our clients! If any issues or concerns ever arise, direct them to Kindred! If a client brings any concerns to Kindred, we will work through those on a case by case basis and address and adjust as necessary.
